It's free, and I'll tell you now what happens when it isn't.

Five sentences about money, then four things I won't do with it. Nothing to decide today.

Everything here is free right now, including Sunday 30 August.

Money comes later, because one man can't facilitate circles forever for nothing.

When it does, it'll be priced like a monthly subscription — not like therapy, not like a retreat.

The model is solidarity: the men who can pay carry the men who can't, and nobody is turned away for money or asked to prove anything.

There will never be a paid tier that buys attention, priority, or a better seat.

The price is set after the first cohorts, against retention evidence.

What I won't do about money

These are all normal things to do. I'm naming them so you know which ones I've ruled out.

  • No founding-member pricing, because arriving early isn't a skill and shouldn't buy a permanent discount.
  • No lifetime deals, because that's me selling you a year I can't see.
  • No lock-in rates, because nothing you agree to now should make leaving later feel expensive.
  • No price that goes up after launch, because a deadline to decide is pressure, and pressure is how a man ends up in a room he didn't choose.
Who pays me

Nobody pays to be shown to you.

There's no advertiser and no sponsor behind any of this, and if it ever makes money it comes from the men in the room.
